These Terms and Conditions govern your use of DJ Vancouver’s services. By engaging DJ Vancouver, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Services

DJ Vancouver provides DJ services, including but not limited to, Disc Jockeys, Musicians, Emcees, Dancers, Singers, Karaoke Hosts, Sound & Light Technicians for various events. Your engagement with DJ Vancouver signifies your acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to DJ Vancouver’s availability. A formal contract outlining the specifics of the event, including dates, times, services, and pricing, will be provided upon acceptance of the booking. Payment terms will be outlined in the contract.

3. Event Management

DJ Vancouver will work with you to ensure a smooth and successful event. However, DJ Vancouver is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances or issues beyond our control that may affect the event.

4. Liability

DJ Vancouver is fully licensed and insured. However, DJ Vancouver is not responsible for any damages or injuries arising from events beyond our control or negligence on the part of the client.

5. Intellectual Property

All music and other materials used by DJ Vancouver are legally licensed and reproduced. DJ Vancouver retains all rights to the materials used in the performance.

6. Changes to Terms

DJ Vancouver reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
